online/virtual meeting: Internet Relay Chat and/or Jitsi and/or Discord

Worldwide 2600 meetings officially switched to being online/virtual during pandemic. Meeting starts at five o'clock PM and runs until eight o'clock PM. Meetings are once/month so join us if you can. New members are always welcome to come hang out and spend some time chatting about computers and technology.

Our oldest continual online meeting-place is Internet Relay Chat (IRC) though we started using Jitsi (officially) and Discord.

The local IRC & Jitsi servers seem offline/crashed and almost certainly won't be back on (possibly for months) as the people running those mostly haven't participated in months/years (if they read this and become more active, edit/repost and get with it!)

Our older, 2600net IRC channel exists, and for people who (in contrast) don't mind proprietary/centralized/monitored software and aren't banned from Discord, you'll find some (the not banned) of us on Discord.
